14 mar 2022 · All of my tickets have had Copy/paste canned responses from someone (or a bot) that has clearly not read my ticket or looked into my account. I'm fairly certain they believe I bought Gladiator which is an achievement I have had on my account every season I played since 2008....
Everyone keeps saying blizzard is ignoring pvp or ignoring retail. The truth is likely closer to them just going through a merger and not allocating literally anyone to look at things.
