Completely ridiculous. Speaking of workers, there was a distinct difference in the Disney customer service of now and the once pleasant and happy Disney characters of long ago. Instead, the majority were condescending, unfriendly, and downright rude.

Horrible customer service! We spent hours on hours setting up our Disney trip. When we get to blizzard beach, our group of 21, was told our reservation was not set up properly but what they can do is charge us all $25 more per person to get in. So, we spent hours to get this all set up, Disney messed it up and the resolution was to charge us more.
