Blitz is very good. It integrates directly with the client to give the best setups runes and item sets. I’ve played since beta so know a few things about champs and items but I would still rather use blitz because it shows what build is meta etc. All of these third party programs are just visual clutter that don't actually give you any value.
Used Mobalytics for a while and it's pretty good, their performance tracker is also pretty good, but their runes import is kinda troll from time to time. Porofessor is the best of these 3 IMO, with OP.GG and U.GG being both better than Blitz, but I feel like Poro is not very noob friendly.
