8 sty 2004 · For your application, the Blitz gas cans work perfectly fine for trail use. Initially, say back in WWII, there were problems with the rolled seams at the bottom leaking, but I've never heard of that happening with a can made in the last 30 years or so.

13 wrz 2021 · First suggestion is to find and use older gas cans. The ones with the uncomplicated spouts and a separate air hole to vent the tank as the gas glugs out so it doesn’t massively take a breath and spurt gas all over the place as you pour.
8 lut 2009 · I use the Blitz steel cans and spout with the same results Jerry has. I stopped using the spout because it sucked and now use a shaker siphon hose. I would buy a spout that worked however.
