Overall: I recently had a very negative experience as a new Business Owner on Yelp. My experience (particularly in relation to the advertising program that was pushed upon me via multiple phone calls after initially creating my business profile) felt like a scam, and Yelp’s subsequent lack of communication makes me feel like I was ‘scammed’.

The best way that I have found is to use the phone app and connect them that way. I have not had any problems, they normally send a email within 12 to 24 hours.
