27 cze 2023 · The short answer is YES. According to Blink’s FAQs page, you don’t require a subscription plan to use your Blink camera. It’s all because Blink cameras offer their standard features without a subscription.
I do have an Android emulator (BlueStacks) and the Blink app installed on my PC, so I can use the app and watch live videos on my PC if I wanted to, the same way it is used on the phone. I use it without subscription. Here are a couple of links that explain subscription vs. no subscription:
