21 sty 2019 · Coated Recycled Paperboard This paperboard grade is made of recycled fibers—those recovered from paper manufacturing and converting facilities as well as post-consumer sources. It generally contains a top ply of white fibers and is finished with a clay coating to improve print performance.
Processed Chlorine Free (PCF) applies to recovered paper fibre and means the recycled and deinked paper fibres are whitened without any chlorine. Since we value both forest conservation and reducing unnecessary chemical use, we advocate PCF as the most environmentally preferable bleach option.
Unbleached Paperboard. Made with a blend of wood-based and recycled fibers, our unbleached paperboard is an ideal solution for a variety of applications. Multiple layers of coating provide a clean, smooth top surface for printing high-quality graphics with a natural brown back.
