This question is relative to the points required for each item, and also dependent on what spells you'll be casting (or what Magic level you are). We're going to calculate the points earned on an average, and a maximum.
I'm considering going for the mage training arena gear on my ironman. I'm been searching around and can only find limited information on how many runes are needed per pizzazz point. The number of laws for telekenetic grab seems to be out there at .57 pizzazz per law on average.
The Mage Training Arena is combined into 1 room, and 1 set of points. A single room costs 45 fire-, 20 nature-, 18 cosmic- and 14 law runes. Each room takes 14 minutes to complete and awards 23 Pizazz points (100/hr). Training in the Mage Training Arena grants between 23,750-26,250 magic XP/hr.
The Mage Training Arena is a Magic minigame located to the north of the Emir's Arena. Using various spells, players earn pizazz points in different minigames which they can use to buy items in a shop on the top floor of the arena.
Strength can be trained without training Hitpoints with barbarian fishing and at the Blast Furnace pump, which requires 30 Strength. Defence can be trained by using Ancient Magicks on defensive or chinchompas on Long fuse against Maniacal monkeys for more experience per hour than using melee.
Requires 240 Telekinetic, 240 Alchemist, 2400 Enchantment and 240 Graveyard points, and a teacher wand equipped or in the player's inventory, to purchase from the Mage Training Arena. Thus it does not cost much besides the time and runes spent in the Mage Training Arena. Thammaron's sceptre: 60 +15 N/A: 2,474,209
