31 gru 2019 · We are pleased to present this annual shareholder report for Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund I (“Feeder Fund I”) and Blackstone Real Estate Income Master Fund and Subsidiary (the “Consolidated Master Fund”).
BREIT is a non-listed REIT that invests primarily in stabilized income-generating commercial real estate investments across asset classes in the United States (“U.S.”) and, to a lesser extent, real estate debt investments, with a focus on current income.
Strategy Overview. The Fund seeks to generate long-term total return, with an emphasis on current income, by primarily investing in a broad range of real estate debt investments.
