I've been doing a lot of research on Blackstone vs Camp Chef, and I really like the rolled carbon steel top of the Blackstone vs the cast iron of the Camp Chef. But, while everyone seems to love their griddle here, I've seen a LOT of comments about the general poor quality of the product (paint flaking / peeling, burner issues, cold zones, etc).
My thoughts after two weeks... (for people thinking about buying a griddle) Last year a "griddle" wasn't on my RADAR at all, but they really seem to be popular this year so I started doing some research. The positive reviews and comments that I read were amazing. Folks were saying things like:
