Blackboard Learn is an application for online teaching, learning, community building, and knowledge sharing.
The digital learning environment at University of Galway is central to our Academic Strategy. Following an extensive review process, the Teaching and Learning Committee decided that the University would move from our current Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Blackboard Learn to a new VLE, Canvas.
Students log in using their University of Galway email address (e.g. j.bloggs1@universityofgalway.ie) and Campus Account password. You will also be promoted for your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS/Authenticator App code.
