Parents need to know that Black Sails heads into choppy territory in terms of sexual content and language -- and it's pretty violent, too. That means you'll see full frontal female nudity, simulated multipartner sex, and characters involved in bisexual relationships.
Black Sails: Created by Robert Levine, Jonathan E. Steinberg. With Toby Stephens, Luke Arnold, Toby Schmitz, Hannah New. Follows Captain Flint and his pirates twenty years prior to Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel "Treasure Island."
Later in the episode, the same man's leg is amputated due to the amount of damage. You do not see the cut itself, but you do see the man's face screaming and blood spraying on everyone around him. This is very disturbing. Less than usual Black Sails language. Only 2-3 f**ks and about 4 s**ts. A man is given rum during and before and amputation.

As people have stated, sexualisation on the show dies down HEAVILY toward the end of season 2.
