Similarly transactions on Ethereum blockchain will have a unique Tx hash and every transaction on Litecoin blockchain will also have a TxID. For example a Bitcoin transaction ID looks like this:
A cryptocurrency transaction ID, also known as a transaction hash or TXID, is a unique identifier generated to recognize each transaction on the blockchain.
When a transaction gets added to the blockchain, it’s assigned a unique transaction ID. The transaction ID is generated by applying a hash function to the transaction details, including the sender's address, the receiver's address, and the amount of cryptocurrency being sent.
