7 sie 2023 · My ears hear the birch as having less sustain but a more clarity. The Maple has more sustain, is a bit more agressive but most of all, is a more complex sound. However, overall, the differences are very subtle and I doubt the untrained ear would notice. I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on Maple vs Birch.
