20 lut 2021 · I click on Change Automatically, and a new desktop background appears. However, the next day, (and every day thereafter), I must continue to manually click the 'Change Automatically' button in order to get a new desktop picture.
2 wrz 2022 · Please go to the folder "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\BingWallpaperApp\WPImages" and delete the contents of this folder where the Bing Desktop images are stored. Then, restart your computer and see if the new wallpaper appears now.
Exit Bing Walpaper. Go to the image directory C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\BingWallpaperApp\WPImages and delete the following files: - EmbeddedImage1.jpg - EmbeddedImage2.jpg - WPPrefs.bin. Fire up Bing Wallpaper again. So my new theory is that the image list is held in WPPrefs.bin and that somehow gets corrupted.

18 lis 2023 · Make sure to uncheck options to set Bing as your homepage and default search engine if you don't want that change. The Bing Wallpaper application will update your desktop background daily with a new image from Bing's homepage.
