In the "-sense", add "-right". Remove "+right" from the main bind. This alias also doubles the mouse sensitivity on the X-axis only. m_yaw only works with the mouse, though, not +left/right. In CS 1.6, there used to be a command called cl_yawspeed that increased the sensitivity significantly... What you're looking for is m_yaw .
