A: Only one sin that can’t be forgiven is on God’s list—and that is the sin of rejecting Him and refusing His offer of forgiveness and new life in Jesus Christ. This alone is the unforgivable sin, because it means we are saying that the Holy Spirit’s witness about Jesus is a lie (see Luke 12:10 ).

In 1 John 1:9 we read: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Jesus Himself assures us, “Whoever comes to me I will never drive away” (John 6:37).
That—and that alone—is the unforgivable sin. Don’t carry your burden of sin and guilt any longer but hand it over to Christ and trust Him to take it. Confess your sins to Him, and trust Him to forgive and save you. And He will, because God loves you and wants you to be His child forever.
The Bible says that Christ “offered himself unblemished to God, [to] cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death” (Hebrews 9:14). Let Christ forgive you and cleanse you of your sin and guilt today, by turning to Him in repentance and faith.
The unpardonable sin involves the total and irrevocable rejection of Jesus Christ. It is void of guilt. Resisting the Holy Spirit of God is a sin committed by unbelievers that when carried on long enough, leads to eternal doom.
The Bible says, “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). Give your life to Christ, and let Him turn your anger into love–love for God, and love for others.
One of the Bible’s greatest truths is that Christ died to take away all our sins–not just part of them, but all of them: past, present, and future. This is why you shouldn’t fear that you will lose your salvation every time you commit a sin.
