   I don't mess with lights. Adding weight to your wheels sucks. So does changing batteries. I found some reflective spoke tape, called Lightweights for Wheels Power Reflectors, that works awesome. You barely notice that its there unless light is shining on it. You can find it at REI or Amazon.

   I have been looking for spoke lights but I want them to turn off when it is light and the bike is not moving. I had a set like that but they broke after a week. Sent them back and same result. Any links to a set that are more durable?

   Would love a set of the rainbow coloured string lights that go around the wheel, but I don't know if any of them are compatible with bikes with larger-than-usual hubs (my bikes all have IGHs in the rear, and some have hub dynamos in the front). So any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

   4 lis 2011 · I'd be concerned about lights attached to the wheels being too bulky and potentially coming off and causing damage. Loads of videos on YouTube of these sort of spoke reflectors, Halfords and Lidl sell em.
