What are Your Thoughts on Big Bad Toy Store? As the title says, I would like to know what your thoughts are when it comes to this online retailer. I am brand new to the figure game and was thinking about doing a preorder from their site (The new figure from the Trails of Cold Steel video game series. But I know nothing of this company.
They've been around for like 20 years, are one of the largest, best known online stores for toys and the like, and even get exclusive items. How are there still posts asking this question that regularly pop up?
They are one of the most reliable online toy sites. They’re prices might be a little more than others but it’s paying for reliability and safe shipping. I disagree about the over-pricing.
8 cze 2022 · BBTS is very reputable. It once even called me because I'd changed my address right before shipping my stash-of-loot, and the store clerk wanted to verify somebody hadn't hacked my account.

Overall though a pretty decent site with a wide array of official merchandise, figures and statues. Definitely worth checking as they do get in rarer items or limited run stuff that some other sites like AmiAmi (for example) don't get.
BBTS is an MFC partner and considered reliable. https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Help/InternationalShipping. Yes but slow to ship out. I can't speak for international orders as I'm in the US, but I used them recently and had no problems with an in-stock Miku figure. Ordered on Dec 26, shipped on the 27th by FedEx and delivered on Dec 30.
