3 cze 2019 · This mod adds 250+ new parts to the Stormworks including sealed basic blocks, modular windows (1x1, 1x2 and 2x2), wheels, seats, doors, aviation dials, modular wings, control surfaces, airplane propellers and more.
The ones that you need a mission to spawn are either made by editing game files like you said, or making the ship in several parts and using large connectors to connect them. Not really sure how to edit the spawn area though.
Workbench performance is a significant issue when creating massive ships. If you experience it, here is my tip based on experience: use the selection tool to select small chunks of your ship and save the selections as their own creation. Open said creation in the hangar to work on it there.
