29 paź 2020 · The signal is generated by the ignition module on the yellow wire after the cam sensor sends it's signal to the module. The module gets it's power from the EHC and it's ground. You may end up reading the appropriate wires with an ohm meter to make sure you don't have an open.
For 2003 models there are kits available from Big Dog to be used in troubleshooting and repairing the wire harness system. The kits are: 1. Connector kit (P/N: RK-03HRNS) 2. Pigtail kit (P/N: RK-03pigtail1) 3. EHC Software kit (P/N: BD4030-1PCK) (see “EHC” section for kit description)
21 gru 2021 · He designed a replacement EHC that works great with stock wiring. He recommends adding an additional fuse between the battery and the EHC. I doubt he will give you a schematic but he may be able to answer a question or two for you.
23 maj 2012 · my EHC delete plan....with wiring diagram. I have studied the wiring diagrams for both the Wire Plus WP374 and the PDM retrofit from Big Dog. I have also studied the Thunderheart ASM4250 and ASM4260 (another option that some may not know about). All of these EHC replacements have a computer in them just like the original EHC.

Just download and install the free Big Dog Remote Android app from our website http://elektronikbox.de/ehc_uk.html . Then connect the bluetooth module to the 4 pin connector on the EHC, switch on your bike and pair your phone with the bluetooth module. Type "007007" as password in case if your phone ask for it.
Connect the circuit breaker wire from the R.I.P. harness to the circuit breaker. Connect the ground terminal from the R.I.P. harness to chassis ground. Connect the positive battery terminal.
