21 maj 2015 · Try this. It sounds like you have gotten water in the EHC connectors under the seat. The only way to cure that is to disconnect the battery positive, pull the EHC connectors, clean them thoroughly, put fresh di-electric grease in and plug the connectors back into the EHC.

29 paź 2020 · If you see the voltage on the red wire that means your EHC is sending power and the coil is failing to fire because it's not getting the signal from the yellow side. The signal is generated by the ignition module on the yellow wire after the cam sensor sends it's signal to the module.

But your symptoms indicate the EHC has failed. this is not uncommon. before contacting Big Dog for a replacement, make sure all the connectors are clean and secure on the EHC. trace the power back to the battery and make sure you have no breaks or loose connections. let me know what you find.
