15 sty 2018 · This mod only increases the game engine's tiles soft limit to 25, but this is only visible once you reach the last milestone. If you want all tiles immediately you can use the builtin mod that unlocks all milestones from the game start.
In the vanilla game, though you can only buy 9 total tiles, there are 25 tiles which are available to purchase on a 5x5 grid. AFAIK, most versions of 25 tiles allow you to purchase all of those 25. What those 25 are is based on the map.
Big City aka 25 tiles is what I use by default all the time. It is absolutely painless and usually gives one enough breathing room. I only use 81 Tiles with 3 builds, as these maps are so big, far flung with relatively little zoneable land that it makes sense, Uranouchi for example.
7 mar 2015 · 25 tile mod: unlocks all 25 selectable tiles = 5 tiles x 5 tiles = 10km x 10km. I think whole maps, including areas outside the 25 tiles is 18km x 18km, which brought me to the idea that people will try to turn that into 9x9 tiles as the next step with mods.
