Coventry’s Bidwell Tavern, established in 1822, still has a 19th century ambiance: old photos and artifacts; a central wood-burning fireplace; a clubby atmosphere that’s darkish but not gloomy. It has, however, a good contemporary menu, featuring over 30 varieties of wings.

You will never have better wings than at Bidwell. The wings are by far the best thing on the menu and all of the flavors and rubs are excellent. The French onion is also phenomenal!! Tons and tons of beers on tap and a really cozy atmosphere. Stop in during the winter time for great food and cozy up next to the wood stove.
