Will most likely include Slayer Transformation with Madness that will not end until the Urge Character is force back to their normal state (by reducing slayer form to 0 hp).

If you don't have it already, use BG3 Mod Manager to make mod installation a breeze. When you install and run that program, make sure you go to its Tools tab to download & extract the Script Extender.
The Dark Urge is an established character as well as a custom origin in Baldur's Gate 3. They remember nothing of their past except walking a path paved with blood.
