I would say it's between Sword Bard 10 / Paladin 2 (more melee oriented, great burst damage with smite), or Sword Bard 10 / Fighter 1 / Wizard 1 (more utility, better arcane acuity stacking); both with Band of the Mystic Scoundrel and Helmet of Arcane Acuity.
