22 sie 2011 · Given Zaph's experience, I would regard his general dislike (based on actual testing) for ribbon and planar tweeters with great consideration. The only one he recommends is the B&G Neo3, which has received high praise from him and others in the DIY speaker community.
22 paź 2017 · Did a BG Neo10 comparison of an original and new production planar on the mirror image open baffles. Had to swap baffles around, so expected some variation. Looks very close to me with the range expanded to 5dB/Div.
12 sie 2008 · On the front of the Z-62, between two 6.5-inch aluminum-cone woofers, is a mid/tweeter assembly that I’ve never seen before. It includes two flat-planar drivers mounted one in front of the other. On top is the tweeter, measuring 3.5 inches high by 2.65 inches wide.
3 sty 2019 · The Monoliths are a different kit to the GR-Research Super Mini speakers. The Monoliths kit comes with a dspMusikLCD or dspNexus digital crossover system and the parts needed to build the speaker system. This kit is not sold as partial pieces.
