This website has done some studies in the lab which show Beat Saber on Expert to be about the Calorie burning equivalent to Tennis. They have a chart for Calories/hour burned. If I extrapolate to my weight, it's 800-1000 Calories burned per hour.
I have been using Beat Saber to workout for the last several Months. I was unsure if Yurfit Mod was accurate, as it was showing an amazing amount of calories burned, so I decided to invest in a Fitbit Charge 3 in order to monitor my workouts.
