I've tried restarting my PC. Flushed DNS and spent about a good 10 minutes opening ports and checking my NAT. My NAT is fine and my ports for BF1 and common ports are all opened. I have turned off my anti-virus and firewall and tested the game and still no results.
For over a week if I try to join a multiplayer server on BF1 I get one of two messages, either ‘lost connection to server’ or ‘connection to EA servers timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency might not meet the requirements for this game.’
He got an error message that said Unable to connect to EA servers. Ever since then (3 days ago) he hasn't been able to play the game despite trying every fix a group of 4 (competent individuals) could find on the face of the internet.

For some reason I apparently have lost connection to the EA servers and cannot play multiplayer battles. My router is working fine and my adaptor receives the signals well, but I still cannot connect to the servers.
