Locate your BF1 game folder and locate the .exe file. Right click and select properties, in the compatability tab tick the run as admin box then hit apply. Loate the Origin exe file and do the same.

For over a week if I try to join a multiplayer server on BF1 I get one of two messages, either ‘lost connection to server’ or ‘connection to EA servers timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency might not meet the requirements for this game.’ I have tried everything from hard restart, router reset, even reinstalled the game.
