So in my Sony TV I had this issue where you played any YouTube video and the audio was delayed, totally out of sync. I disabled/ changed settings to other options available of two options: Dolby plus and Clearaudio something, and it actually fixed the issue.

Here's what I did and it worked for us. Go into your Google account settings, NOT your TV settings. Settings > Display & Sound > toggle off "Surround Sound". Also go to Google account Settings > About > System update and see if there is one. I had one and there is also a recent security update for the Chromecast remote.
