I’m 29F and looking for recommendations for a good brand of tooth-whitening strips. I was a smoker (quit 4 years ago) and avid coffee drinker (usually iced coffee, through a straw). My teeth aren’t really yellow, but they could definitely be whiter and I have a few darker patches on some of my teeth.
The safest options are whitening toothpastes and Crest whitening strips, or going to the dentist but I doubt insurance will cover that. I use Arm and Hammer whitening toothpaste. Idk if there's been much of a difference but I like how clean my mouth feels after.
