These cards are a good match for the i5. You don't need any more powerful ones, without wasting $ and causing a bottleneck. If you have the budget, the GTS/GTX 5xx is the newer generation for the Nvidia series and if you prefer AMD, go up one tier to the 6870.

An Nvidia 1050 ti will run TS3 and all packs on the highest graphics settings, minus the two (water and high-detail lots) that should be turned down anyway so as not to overstress the game engine. This would be true even on the most powerful of cards.
