I would recommend not using a local client, but using either a debrid service like real-debrid and alldebrid, or webtor.io, especially since they all use caching on their servers so you don't have to wait for popular content. I'm using Folx on Mac and I'm satisfied with it.
just add all the public torrent addons like 1337x, TPB, torrentgalaxy and other. private torrent site addons can be added also, sort out the search as per seeders and you are good to go. No need to open individual sites.
