Offenders are offered the option of choosing non-meat meals from the Master Menu to meet dietary requirements. Common Fare is intended to accommodate offenders whose religious dietary needs cannot be met by the Master Menu. The Common Fare Menu has been analyzed and certified to meet or exceed minimum daily nutritional requirements.
