Total scam. AcmeToolsOnline is a total scam. 5 star fake reviews. Site claimed to have 560 of the product in inventory. Paid extra for 5 - 7day ”express shipping". Order status remained at "order being processed" for 5 weeks. the email address for customer service gets "actively rejected" by their server.

I've read a lot of other complaints with EGO packaging products incorrectly and not fixing the problem for customers. I just can't stand behind a company that does this. Very dishonest and shady behavior. The company is full of liars and thieves. Date of experience: September 28, 2024.
I have used Power Tool World to buy equipment previously and been satisfied with both cost, service and products. I ordered a Makita reciprocating saw blades and a case, unfortunately there was a stock error and they did not have the case in stock.
