I'm playing on most recent 1.12.2 version (8.4.2 as of this post). I found a Jungle M biome and cleared a large area around me (no leaves or trees). In the /checkspawns legendary command, it says Mew 100%, but everytime a legendary is successfully spawned, it's one of the Tapu's in the bordering regular Jungle, and never the Mew.
And it just makes Pixelmon just feel more immersive when I see a cherubi in a cherry blossom forest or a spectrier in a bayou filled with huge glowing mushrooms.
