14 mar 2023 · Children with severe IgE-mediated cow’s milk allergy, at least 6 years of age: Open-label, six-month protocol. Children administered increasing doses of fresh cow’s milk. Drops of milk diluted in a 1:25 ratio (initial dose = 1 drop). Until day 70, doses doubled every 7 days, and thereafter every 16 days, to achieve a total dose of 200 mL.
