An invisibility potion lasts for 17.5 seconds iirc and has a 45 second cooldown. Really though there's no reason to use cloak or invis pots when you can wear armor that makes your detection radius almost 0 and also removes the speed penelty of stealth.
2 sty 2023 · By far the two best ways to improve your ESO stealth skills are: Putting in some repetitions with the Dark Brotherhood Sacrament Dailies with focus on perfect runs. I've done perfect runs on my Templar Healer with invisibility pots ... so you should be able to as well.
