One that I can easily do the mars cap mod on also. Not sure about digital modes at the moment. There are DSTAR and DMR repeaters within 2 miles of my house and the closest C4FM is 15 miles away.

If you like the small size of the baofeng, check out the yaesu ft4x. Similar size, menu layout is a tiny bit quirky, but light, battery lasts decently well, and doesn't overload at the drop of a hat like baofeng. Have tested radio to radio in the same room, without issue, nearly as good as the commercial grade yaesu stuff I have (vertex standard)
