If you have the base version of game pass, then I would recommend Celeste, all of the DOOM games, all of the Wolfenstein games, Outer Wilds, Skyrim, Fallout. In general, I would just reccomend almost every game on there.
The best game on gamepass is Mass Effect Legendary edition. It’s the best gaming trilogy ever made. There is a good reason Mass Effect 2 is often listed as one of the top 10 games of all time. A couple others I really like are Assassins Creed: Odyssey but only if you play as Kassandra.
Browse and install whatever catches your eye. But, here's some recommendations. If you want horror, go for Alien Isolation, The Evil Within, the Amnesia games, maybe Dead by Daylight (it's multiplayer and has a problem with hackers according to a friend who plays).

Psychonauts 2, Hades, and Stardew Valley are each different genres and are definitely worth playing. I still need to play The original Psychonauts yet. I’ve been told a lot of good things regarding Hades so that will be getting downloaded very soon. Also shout out to your Stardew Valley suggestion.
I usually list all the Bethseda single player RPGs at this point but I figured I would mix it up. Indie top 5 Planet of Lana, Bramble, Grounded, Ori Will of the Wisps, Ravenlok. AAA Halo Infinite (finally beat campaign), Plague Tale, Wolfenstein the new order, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, High on Life. Reply reply.
The Bethesda games like Skyrim and fallout 4 are great, engrossing experiences where you can mostly just relax, explore, and build the character you want. Scarlet Nexus has great hack and slash action and has comparable gameplay to Nier. Hollow knight is one of my favorite games ever, great 2d metroidvania.
