War Caster becomes unnecessary with Gale in Act 2 and Resilient doesn't help either as you get Con save prof via the Sorcerer. So probably just choose 2 ASI and get your Int to 20 that way, letting another char get Hags hair. Do make sure to get Dual Wielder as your 3rd feat though, because Staffs are disgustingly strong
