General display settings: FULLSCREEN, 1920x1080 or 2560 x 1440 (no personal difference), VSync OFF, 165 CAP, tried 'Performance - Lower Graphical Fidelity' and DX11/12 but receive FPS drop/stuttering in all. All my settings on DX11/12 are either OFF or on Low (except for view distance: EPIC).
