For skins that are readily available in the market, Soaring Sword, Project, and Lunar Beast is your best options. If you want smooth animations, go for soaring. If you want aggressive and scary animations for your opponents, go with lunar or project.
Nightraven is one of my favorite skins and I wish they'd turn it into a line for lots of champs. It feels like a "Noxus-style" skin, sort of like how a lot of champs have a Bilgewater/pirate skin.
Ig skin and soaring skin are the best skins. Their vitals are big and skinny. Their vital hits are clear and loud. This is very important when fighting against champs like renekton, nasus, volibear. Some when using skins like pool party or headmistress against the champs above will have a hard time telling if the vital is hit.
Although I know the Fiora main subreddit probably fought a few civil wars whether this was the best or the worst skin ever, I think it at least has to be in the top four. The in-game design is pretty slick, although not the coolest in the bunch. And all the animations are very clean.
