The best kits I’ve received have been round drill from Huacan. I ordered a custom and one colour was off - they are going to replace them with the proper colour for free (should have been yellow, got an Apple green colour). Diamond Dotz kits are beautiful, but not worth the extra cost, IMO.
DAC has absolutely become my go to, due to the quality, frequent sales, and sheer amount of selection to choose from. I've also ordered from JadedGemShop and Muniemade and have been impressed by the quality, but they're a rare treat because of how costly they can be.
Diamond Art Club is the best. Craftibly is great too. Dreamer and Diamond Dotz are good, and so is Make Market. All of those will have trash drills but that happens with resin. The vast majority of their drills are great. For customs, Evermoment, JadedGem, and Manhui Rachel have been my favorites.
