If you want to do cloud security, then Microsoft Azure has some free training and certs are approachable, same with AWS and maybe bundle with a vender neutral cloud cert like CCSK (all their study material is free and available). If you want to do pen testing then maybe start with Pentest+ and work toward OSCP.
