16 mar 2021 · I’ve snorkeled at most of the places they say have good snorkeling from shore in the Riviera Maya. Most of them are greatly lacking in fish, and the fish there aren’t that interesting. Xcacel is the best of them all. I didn’t see anything unique, but there was a decent variety of fish. This place was at least worth going out.
