The closest I've been able to get, though it has a poor success rate, is applying an algorithm to the ' Order History Report ' for 'Items' that tries to find combinations of transactions with the same 'Order ID' that match the total transaction amount on my credit card.
It’s under the customer tab in ETK. I am not at my computer right now, but I am pretty sure this is in etk under customer. There should be a spot that says gift card, and you should be able to see the transactions of the card! Go to ETK, click on Customer and it should be on the bottom left side.
