1 paź 2021 · If it was $1000, I'm sure a similar model will cost $400 in 4 years (or much better models will be available). So even if you get to claim the warranty, in year 4 you only get a $400 TV. So they got a free loan from you. And you say their warranty covers this. Do you know for a fact they don't weasel out of that due to some technicality?
22 lut 2021 · You have to read the details of your warranty, but most companies will replace it either with a new or refurbished product or try to repair it. You also need to keep the original receipt and make the warranty claim within the time frame stated in the warranty.
