When picking Braum, ADCs that are aggressive, such as Ashe, Draven, Twitch, Lucian, Kog'Maw, Vayne, etc., are the best options. Conversely, champions with low auto-attack rates like Samira, APCs, and Jhin are not optimal.

I'd have Lionheart at C-tier but other than that, perfect tier list. I have the Fan Pass Chroma for Dragonslayer and that is my go to purely because I like to flex it as I have never seen anyone else use it and often get asked about it but the purple one is solid too.
Most ADCs will work with Braum, although I’d generally avoid Jhin, since his capped attack speed makes it harder to proc Braum’s stun. As for ADCs that are good against Braum, anyone with reliable, safe poke makes Braum’s laning phase miserable.
